Bill has over forty years of public accounting experience. His responsibilities include scheduling, planning, control and review of assurance, accounting, tax and business advisory engagements for a diverse clientele including both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. He services clients in a variety of industries including manufacturing, wholesale distribution, retail, professional services and medical practices. Bill is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of New Hampshire as well as a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Bill is on the Advisory Board of Enterprise Bank, was one of the original incorporators and a past board member of Northmark Bank and he was also an incorporator of Pentucket Bank. He is the Treasurer and a board member of the Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence and a member of the President’s Leadership Council for Merrimack College. He also serves on other boards and advisory committees in the Merrimack Valley. Bill received his B.S. in Business Administration as an Accounting major from Merrimack College in May 1976 and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and Taxes from Suffolk University in May 1979.
